Who writes this stuff?

Although “The Voice” narrates many of the episodes, he/she gets his info from me - the owner of this site.  Hint - it’s one of the BB characters, who loves carbs and watches just about every reality show on television. 

Are these real people?

Well, technically, the people in the photos are real - I’m not that good at Photoshop.  But, the Buena Beach episodes are basically fictitious.  Honestly, about 94.3% of the stuff is totally made up.  Okay, okay.  Perhaps some of it’s true, but the names have been changed to protect the innocent. 

Actually, I didn’t change their names, and nobody in Buena Beach is very innocent. 

No, but really.   These are real people, and I did use their real names.  But, everything else is fictitious.  No, really it is.

Where is Buena Beach?

Like I just said, everything else is fictitious, although it would be nice if there was a Buena Beach because “buena” means “good” in Spanish, and who doesn’t want a good beach?

Ha, ha.  I see a typo.

Hey, I majored in Sociology, not English (what can I say - I was an athlete jock and all the athletes were Sociology majors).  So, if you see a typo or if I use poor grammar, please forgive me.  Blame my lustful loins (p.s. I’ve since retired from my responsibilities as an athlete jock; I was on the d.l. about it anyway and not very good at it).

What makes you qualified to write these episodes?

First off, I have a computer and I’ve been typing for the last 18 years (not perpetually).  I can’t cook very well so writing keeps me out of the kitchen, and I like to make up stories  (aka lying).

Can you kill off (fill in character’s name)?

I don’t really like killing.  I think it would make me feel guilty.  But, who knows - perhaps some day.

Can you give (fill in character’s name) herpes?

Hey, it’s Monday, and Friday’s post is still up.  What gives?

Could be a few things.  A) I forgot to write the latest episode and am scrambling madly to get it written and edited in order to get it up some time before 11:59 on the appointed day.  B) For some strange, incomprehensible reason, my DSL is down and the only advice my ISP has for me is to reboot.  C) I’m at the Mac Store, begging the person behind the Genius Bar to do whatever magic in his/her power to restore my laptop to working order.

Now, the entire site is gone.  What do you have to say about that?

Well, if that really happened, you wouldn’t be able to check out my answer, right?  But, for future reference, could be: 1) I have no overdraft protection, so when my web hosting tried it’s monthly auto payment and found only three cents, a Canadian dime, and a few bits of string, they decided to teach me a little lesson OR 2) I’ve been officially committed - finally.
